Bailey Channel Black Fabric Lined Rigid 2.4m

This Bailey Channel Black fabric lined Fabric 2.4m, is by far the best quality on the market! These are USA made ones. Most of us at some point have used cheaper bailey channels that are just poor quality. That commonly occurs with the other brands on the market that are supplied by the biggest parts companies in the world (Trust us, we know which ones to avoid).

This profile is typically used in many early production vehicles from the 1920’s through until the early 1940’s. (We’ve used it for Australian built 20’s Buicks, Willys Whippets etc.  It’s also a great for use in many of the early British built vehicles that used to use a felt channel that was glued into the opening. The felt lining is getting harder to source these days and this has been a nice snug fit in the place of those.

It’s width is 13mm (1/2″) and the depth is 13mm (1/2″). We’ve been generous with the size, it is probably closer to 12mm, but we have listed it at 13mm to be safe.
It is designed to take up to 6mm thick glass. (we generally make 5mm glass to suit this though as it works, but it is snug).
