Your freight cost cannot always be calculated upfront when ordering on the website.

Whilst freight can be automatically calculated on most orders at the website checkout, some orders may require manual calculation by staff. Why is this? Orders vary greatly in size, weight, and stock/warehouse location. To ensure your products will travel and arrive safely, some orders will require us to work out the best and most cost-effective packaging and shipping option for your specific order. In these instances, a staff member will contact you after you’ve submitted your online order to notify you of the freight cost and to arrange payment if you wish to proceed. 

Please note: Occasionally because of the complexity of what we send out, the website may not calculate the freight cost correctly. In these instances, we will contact you to let you know the revised freight cost. We will arrange a refund if the freight cost was too much or arrange a payment if not sufficient and you wish to proceed.
