A Major Improvement – Developed from Extensive Research and Testing

We have refined our EJ-EH Holden windscreen for the best possible fit.

For decades, aftermarket EJ-EH Holden windscreens have been affected by fitment issues caused by subtle inaccuracies in the size and shape of the glass. These variations often made installation more difficult, placed unnecessary stress on the glass that could lead to premature cracking (typically in the lower corners).This contributed to sealing problems, particularly when combined with the varying dimensions of replacement rubber seals available on the market.Over the years, these issues have been well known within the industry, but despite ongoing feedback, no meaningful improvements were made. Rather than accept the limitations of the existing product, we undertook our own redevelopment to refine the design and overcome these issues.

Our latest production run features completely retooled glass with improved dimensional accuracy. By reducing the overall size of the windscreen by 2mm on each edge (4mm overall in both height and width), the glass now settles into the body opening more naturally. This refinement provides a more consistent fit across the range of replacement rubber seals currently available. Thus, making installation easier while significantly improving the overall fit and finish.Before releasing these windscreens, samples were professionally installed by experienced fitters in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. The feedback was unanimous:

• Faster installation.
• Windscreen tucked into the body correctly.
• Rubber sat evenly around the entire perimeter.
• Outstanding overall fit and finish.
