Refunds and Returns Policy

Damaged or Broken goods.
Notification of any damaged or broken goods must be made within 72 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if this time frame has elapsed.

Goods incorrectly ordered by you:
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. You are required to cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and a refund will only be issued if the goods are returned undamaged. Please note that the freight portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

Goods incorrectly supplied by us, do not fit or have manufacturing defects:
You have the option to receive a full refund or replacement pending confirmation with photographic evidence. Please do not return your purchase until you have contacted us and we have authorized the refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Once we have received and examined your return, you will receive an email informing you of the item’s arrival. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds.
If you have not yet received a refund after it has been approved, please begin by checking your bank account once more. Following that, get in touch with your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund appears on your statement.

Next, reach out to your bank, as there is typically a processing period before a refund is reflected in your account.

Shipping returns.
If you are the one accountable for returning your product to us,  send it via mail or courier to Glass 4 Classics  Unit 2 / 15 Lawrence Drive, Nerang QLD 4211. Please note that glass-related products are typically not covered by transit insurance policies. Hence, you assume the risk of loss or damage on your own.
